Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit, or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as PayPal. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

5. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Purchases made on Amazon or TikTok Shop follow the policies of those platforms.

7. Product Safety
Our fragrances are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and broken or irritated skin. Stop use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. The product is flammable; keep it away from heat and open flame.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this store, including the ROISOE name, logo, images, and text, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

9. Reviews and Feedback
If you submit a review or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share it. Reviews must be honest and reflect your own experience. If you received a product for free or any other incentive, you must disclose it in your review.
